Old Wording
"V.i.P prices will never exceed MSRP (when possible) or 33% gross margin markup (whichever is greater) on most sealed product regardless of market conditions."
New Wording
"While we can't guarantee a specific price point for any item, our aim is to allocate products to VIP members at rates at or below current secondary market prices during designated pre-order windows. This allocation is influenced by a 30-day history of your support, and attendance at our weekly events may be given significant weight in the allocation of pre-order offers for limited products. When a product has an official MSRP, we strive to offer it at or below that price point to VIP members during the pre-order window. Please note that this special pricing is exclusive to the initial allocation offer and may not apply to additional units or after the product's official release."
